At My Story Steps, we want you and your family to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that mistakes happen and children's interests can change, so we strive to be flexible and fair in handling refunds.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Available within 14 days of purchase if no story credits from that package have been used.
  • Partial Refund: May be available on a case-by-case basis if some credits remain unused. We will calculate the refund based on the number of unused credits.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds may not be available in the following cases:

  • After all story credits from a package have been used to create stories.
  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase (unless exceptional circumstances apply).
  • If the account has been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

    • Reason for the refund request

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Currency and Taxes

All prices on My Story Steps are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes (VAT where required). Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase, including any taxes paid.
