A story counts toward your package limit after successful story creation.

Don't worry! Even if you don't purchase a new package, the stories you've already created will remain available in your account for the retention period for rereading. However, you won't be able to create new stories.

No problem! Each package you purchase adds additional stories to your account.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if no story credits from that package have been used. Partial refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis if some credits remain unused. To request a refund, contact us at asaf@asafmaoz.com with your purchase details. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. We understand that mistakes happen and children's interests change, so we strive to be flexible and fair.
